The EVM Voicemail provides an Automated Attendant, Voice messaging, and Remote Call Notification for the IPS Telephone System. The unit works with both the IPS308 and IPS416 phone systems providing state of the art voicemail delivery to cell phones, pagers, or any other remote location. This creates numerous "virtual extensions" and allows expansion of the system far beyond the confines of the office.

| The EVM interfaces with the IPS Hybrid-Key Telephone Systems via two of the extension ports on the phone system. This results in a net loss of 2 extensions for either the IPS308 or the IPS416. An IPS308 with an attached Voicemail will have only 6 usable telephone extensions, the IPS416 will have only 14 usable telephone extensions |
| The EVM has a 2 port capacity, meaning that up to two people may access the voicemail system at the same time. The EVM is available in a 4 port and 8 port configuration as well. There are up to 255 mailboxes with user recordable greetings and up to 2.5 hours of high quality message recording time with 6 audio quality settings for crisp, clear messages and greetings. Storage is 100% digital. All messages and settings are retained in the event of a power outage |
