IPS MODELS:
Introduced in 1994, the IPS Hybrid-Key Telephone System was BBS Telecom's first entry into the U.S. telecom market. Designed to be the first "do-it-yourself" telephone system, the IPS was awarded Computer Telephony magazine's 1995 Product of the Year. The IPS continues to receive praise from the industry with awards from several trade publications, and most recently the Innovations '98 Award at the 1998 International Winter Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
Because the IPS is a Hybrid System, it will work with the proprietary IPS Key-Telephone, any ordinary phone, cordless phones, fax machines, IPS Door Phones, or PC Modems. This feature can save hundreds of dollars by utilizing ordinary phones where features of the Key-Telephones are unnecessary, such as in a home.
The IPS308 accommodates three incoming lines and serves up to 8 extensions.
The IPS416 accommodates four incoming lines and serves up to 16 extensions.
Both models come loaded with features available in systems costing 5 times as much. Small businesses or home owners get a system that is easy to install, effortless to maintain and simple to program. Features are abundant and flexible and provide benefits of telephone systems used by Fortune 500 companies.
