limited warranty:
The IPS Series Equipment, including the IPS308, IPS416, IVT16D, IVT16N, and EVM Voice Mail, is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal installation, use and service for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

The obligation of LeePhones, Inc. under this warranty, shall be limited to repair or replacement (at our option) during the warranty period. Any part which proves to be defective in material workmanship under normal installation, use or service, is covered under the warranty, provided the product is returned to LeePhones, Inc. Transportation or shipping charges are not the responsibility of LeePhones, Inc..

This warranty shall be invalid if this product is damaged as a result of defacement, misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, destruction or alteration of the serial number, improper electrical voltages or currents, repair alteration or maintenance by any person or party other than LeePhones, Inc.

This warranty is also rendered invalid if the product is removed from the country in which the product was purchased, if it is used in a country which it was not registered for use, and/or if it is used in a country for which it was not designed. Due to variations in telephone systems and communication laws, this product may be illegal for use in some countries. LeePhones, Inc. assumes no responsibility for damages or penalties incurred resulting from the use of this product in a manner or location other than that for which it is intended.

It is our intention to provide our customers with a telephone system, or component of a system, that works exactly as it was originally intended to. We will stand behind any defect, and replace or repair it. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Please be sure that this system offers the features that you need, and that you are willing and able to install it properly. LeePhones, Inc. offers free technical assistance, fee-based programming services, and downloadable programming examples for use with the programming software. We do not guarantee your ability or willingness to install or program the equipment.
